Fly Screen Material Prices

Fly screens with non-standard materials have higher prices compared to the regular fly screens in grey or black. Choosing a striped or transparent wire mesh material increases the total price.

Fly Screen Material Types

1. Standard grey or black materials for fly screens are practical and economical; they have low prices compared to other fly screen materials.
2. Pollen screen materials have a higher density, and so they stop pollen which could cause allergy. Pollen screens can resist more that 90 % of pollen that appears in the warm season. Despite their density, pollen screens allow plenty of air for easy room ventilation.
3. Invisible materials are manufactured from carbon fiber, and are almost indiscernible. More light and sunshine can flow into the rooms, while the view into the outside is unobstructed.
4. Striped grey and white materials are intended for making the fly screen more visible.
Fly screen materials differ in their density: low density screens deter all the regular bugs and insects, but very small midges can still enter. High density screens are designed especially for areas where midges are persistent, blocking their access. All fly screens have UV ray filtering abilities, which depend on the fly screen selected. Fly Screen Material Maintenance

Fly screens form a barrier between the inside and the outside, preventing insects, leaves, and other small objects from entering the room. Naturally, after a longer period of time they become dirty, and this dirt can hinder the free flow of air, if not removed. Therefore, it is advisable to wash the fly screen material regularly, with a mild solution of water and dish soap. This helps remove any dirt that covers the wire mesh, ensuring high levels of air permeability.

Fly Screen Material Guarantee

Fly screen materials have no separate guarantee, but are included in the general guarantee of fly screens, which is outlined in the agreement to be signed prior to the manufacturing process.
