Lockable door chain is used for the same purpose as a regular door chain. The major difference is the fact that this door chain can be unlocked from the outside by a key. This is useful in case you want to have access to the room in case of an emergency.
Door limiter is a security device that can be fitted on the interior side of security doors. It has a similar function to the door chain, but is more effective.
