Balcony and Patio Enclosure Prices

Balcony and patio enclosure prices depend on the selected glazing system, whether aluminium or uPVC. Aluminium glazing system has a slightly lower price. When uPVC glazing system is chosen, the price depends on the size of glazing and on the number of operable panels. When aluminium glazing system is chosen, the price depends on the size of glazing, number of tracks and number of sliding panels. Aluminium glazing system with two tracks is cheaper, while the system with three tracks has a higher price. A standard balcony enclosure with uPVC or aluminium glazing system takes around two weeks to produce.

Balcony and Patio Enclosure Guarantee

When balcony or patio enclosure is made with uPVC glazing system, the guarantee terms and conditions correspond to the guarantee of uPVC windows. Enclosures made with aluminium glazing system usually carry a 5 year guarantee which includes the enclosure, glazing and installation.
